System Administrator

Pam joined MCBS in February of 2018 as the Application Administrator where her responsibilities include implementing and managing MCBS’ billing software. Pam recently became an Imagine Certified Enterprise Expert for Imagine billing software. Having graduated from Southern Wesleyan with a BS in Business, she also brings over 30 years of experience in health care to MCBS. Her experience includes practice management, coding, credentialing and provider enrollment, and billing software and EMR implementation. She received her CPC in 2002 and is active in AAPC as well as the local and state MGMA associations since 2001. In 2008 and 2009, she served on the committee to help establish CMS EHR Demonstration Project in GA through DCH Office of Health Information Technology and Transparency. Pam has presented at two national ACP annual meetings and has a video presentation of her experience with the implementation of EMR for the Medical Association of GA.
