Director of Physician and Patient Services

An Augusta native, Lauren joined MCBS in 2020 as the Patient Representative Supervisor and was promoted to Director of Physician and Patient Services in 2023. She has over 20 years of experience across multiple healthcare specialties. Her areas of responsibility include physician credentialing, provider enrollment, HIPAA and HITECH compliance, and CMS Quality Payment Program participation. Lauren graduated from Augusta State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She has been a member of the CSRA Medical Group Management Association since 2023 and currently serves as Program Chair. Lauren enjoys reading good books, going to concerts, attending church, and spending time with her husband, Adam, and their two children, Dale and Josephine.
