Jenifer brings over 17 years of management experience across multiple industries, with a strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and strategic business partnerships. Since joining MCBS in 2021, she has led all facets of Human Resources, including payroll administration and recruitment. Beyond her professional role, Jenifer is actively engaged in the community, having served on the boards of various nonprofit organizations, including the local CSRA SHRM chapter. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Francis Marion University and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
