Human Resources Manager

Jenifer has over 15 years of management experience across multiple industries. She has a strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and strategic business partnering. She joined MCBS in 2021 as the HR Manager. In this role, she oversees all aspects of Human Resources including Payroll Administration and Recruiting. Jenifer has served on the board of various nonprofit organizations, including the local CSRA SHRM chapter. She has a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Francis Marion University and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
