Follow Up Manager

Betsy Boone joined MCBS in July 2019. She has over 15 years of management experience in the Healthcare industry in the areas of Medical Billing and Patient Care. Betsy joined The United States Army in 2004. While serving our country, Betsy went on to study Nursing and Healthcare Management. She holds an MBA and MHA from the University of Texas. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and The Wounded Warrior Project (Augusta Chapter). Betsy’s role at MCBS is to develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, ensure the back-end revenue cycle management functions are optimized to maximize collections in a timely manner, advance the use of technology to create efficiencies, optimize staff productivity, and minimize the cost of the collection process.
